Q) What is the process of ordering products?

A) Once all items you wish to purchase have been added to your cart, follow the steps below :

• Click ‘Proceed to Checkout’

• Fill in the ‘Billing Information’

• In the Payment Information form, select payment method & place order.

• Your Order Number will be provided to you at the "Thank You" page and an email will be sent to you.

• Your package will be delivered via our Logistics Partner.

 
Q) What is the exchange or refund policy?

Q) When will my order arrive?
A) Local deliveries take 3-4 working days & international delivery may take up to 8-10 working days.
