Refund/Exchange

• All Exchange/Claims will be subject to the approval of management.
• Flashback Fashion will gladly assist you in exchanging merchandise if the item is different to the product details.
• Due to the differences in color monitors/screens and lighting used during photo-shoots, the exact color or texture of the final item may slightly vary from what is seen on screen, therefore products cannot be exchanged for this reason.
• Please note all measurements are approximate.
• All our clothes are pre-loved unless mentioned otherwise in the description.
• No Exchange on products sold on Promotions/Discounts/Sale.
• No Exchange on Mystery Boxes.
• No cash refunds.
• Refund will only be made to credit card payments. For COD orders, a store credit will be provided.
• Please note all goods must be accompanied by an invoice/order number. Exchanges without an invoice will be denied.
• Customers need to return the item to our provided address, please note the courier cost of returning the item and reshipping cost will be borne by the customer.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@flashbackfashion.ae. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
